Every once and awhile I read on the forums and boards about some guy crying about incall buildings or Ktown being too rough, both the people or the area not being safe.
I kind of get it if you're worried about where you park. But there aren't any guarantees about any area being safe anywhere in LA. Maybe these guys are a target. Or are they worried about having to walk through some questionable characters, I say send a vibe that there is easier prey to fuck with. Most of them don't really want any hassles anyway! Now if you're talking about the building, well who cares, as long as the actual apt is nice, they are dark, and the Kgirl is good looking, cool and brings on the service, what difference does it make if the halls need paint. Think of it as adding to the adventure of doing something outside of the law and getting away with it^^! Just might get you worked up in a good way^^!
Run-down, dirty bathrooms (think mildewy showers/shower curtains) spoil the mood, especially since they tend to be the most brightly lit part of any incall. Similarly, a crappy bed can really cramp one's style.
a Kgirl AAMP? I have never seen anything like you describe! Been in the game a bit and been to quite a lot of incalls from lil Tokyo, a bunch in Ktown, MW, a few in WLA, out to PV and down to OC. Even the couple near 8th just west of Alvarado were kept up really well. And to be clear, I'm talking about the incall. Are you in Southern California, or are you talking about some other state or area? Corg spots in SGV or something in SFV or Gardena way? If it is So Cal, name the building, or if TER doesn't allow that, just give a hint to the location.
Here in norcal most orgs are either in tech semi burbs (south bay) residential areas with a bit of tech (pen)... with the lone dangerous area would be emeryville... and even then I don't think it's particularly bad. Northwest Oakland/Berkeley is ehhh but it aint deep East Oakland or anything.
As far as places themselves there is a building or two where you can definitely smell thick weed smoke sometimes in elevators or stairwells especially at night. But at a place like this the neighbors care less too and they typically don't have a security guard.
I don't think I feel unsafe there. Now, for example, the older emeryville location I wouldn't necessarily pull up there and park on the street if I have a really nice ride. But that's more of a car break in thing in than safety Id say.
like it's been refurbished? Been there quite a bit a few years back, last time was maybe middle of '23. But it was just old, no bad smells and not a lot of people around, but real cool old time pics on the walls. It's just upstairs from the old and popular restaurant Perino's. Old time Hollywood and big money would hang out there, Perino's, to see and be seen, iirc, the apartment was associated with the owners and the restaurant. Probably a lot of trysts from that group using the apartments too!
I had some great sessions there myself and met a couple of favorites too!
Did have some homeless across the street, but where in LA aren't there homeless!
