In the past, I was asked on this board to do some analysis of CLL shill reviews. I never could really come up with evidence beyond reasonable doubt.
However, it was quite clear that are many shills at work for this agency. On another forum the admin got so mad at CLL guys he is still banning anyone for even speaking about it (probably overboard and I think there might have been some other bad actors when they realized they could get rid of CLL advertising on that forum). This is how rampant the advertising got for CLL.
Anyway, CLL advertises mostly behind a password on their site. Currently they have 8 girls on their pwd-protected page. Two are starting today (15th). Becca, for example, is a rebrand of "Ivy" of LA's SexyAngels (who, I suspect, might be Everly/Yuri of Bay Area AA fame, but that's just speculation).
CLL is now the biggest Vegas agency. VAC is only hosting two girls, likely due to covid. Little Tokyo is hosting 4 girls I believe.
First of all, I know this agency from their bay area days. They used to be in the bay area as well as Vegas, then they closed off their branch. They were known as solid agency here and were better than the agencies that are left now in east bay.
However, their reputation hasn't been all that. On this very board, some members have directly questioned some of the reviews posted here on TER. Even CDL gave me his "blessing" to dig up dirt on them. LOL
Several mongers have reported to me that this agency have told them they would get a discount if they kept their mouths about bad experiences.
They also used to advertise discounts for good review written on their page in the open (behind password, of course) - I should have taken a screenshot, but this I saw this with my own eyes.

Now, I don't have concrete proof that these are the same people, and they might be different ones - but I think it's fairly clear these are very much alike.
Very graphic reviews for both guys talking about BBFS and they are 95% reviews of CLL girls. More than that, their grades are VERY similar. Some of their reviews are first ones for the girl.

My point here - IMO CLL has a lot of shill accounts that talk graphically about their experiences. Whether they are getting discount or just shilling is not really identifiable. If you are in the area, I'd tread lightly and look hard at accounts that heap praise on only CLL girls. Are they the only guilty party in town ? Doubt it. LT has worse reputation and some B&S BS I personally have experienced.
VAC has been the best agency in terms of customer feedback, but even then I was getting some questionable reports.
Be vigilant and stay safe, folks. Don't believe bs reviews.

And the worst part is? Why are they doing this? They already host more girls than any org in Vegas. Cll has had good rep when they were here in eville in the bay.
Why ruin your good rep with this shit? Stop advertising with reviews and make your product advertise with great quality. Good product sells itself. Great Girls have a steam of customers.
I've used CLL when they weren't so well known in Vegas and had a great time. There were very few reviews back then but then some guy posted a review on another board about getting BBFS from one of their girls and things basically blew up from there. BBFS has always been around as YMMV and not to be spoken of. Either way, I'm not saying these guys are shills or not, but every agency in Vegas at some point has had shills, and has offered discounts for reviews. CLL was offering discounts at one point for reviews on their site. It was a way to start having people use the review feature of their site. Even the other agencies at some point has offered discounts for reviews. Its all degenerated into a mess in Vegas. VAC used to be reliable and had legit photos most of the time. They are now using fake pictures and even recycling pictures of girls from the past that were great. Maxine's pics are the same as a girl that was there over 5 years ago that was amazing, but its definitely not the same girl. The other thing I've noticed is that the first few days a girl has been in Vegas they give better service. I personally experienced great service on the first day a girl was there, but later repeated on another visit and it was much worse. Its possible some of these guys jump the gun on new girls and have good experiences. Though, I do agree some of the ones you named are suspect. As for LT, I no longer go with them since that guy is shady. Sent me to a different girl when the one I wanted to see wasn't available. Guess he doesn't keep track of repeats.
The funny thing is that some of the best I've seen have very few reviews, and when they start getting rave reviews its impossible to book them. I personally, don't do reviews and I take every review, especially good ones, with a grain of salt. I mainly use reviews to filter out ones that have a lot of poor reviews.
Bbfs nowadays is hardly not spoken of when the ads themselves advertise the upsell right in the open.
Sure, most orgs do shill/fake reviews, but CLL seems like they're ODing with it. Not to mention, giving discounts for not giving bad reviews and encouraging reviews on reviews sites like TER, goes against TER rules for reviews, and is in general pretty pathetic integrity-wise. Any fake reviews that make the product seem better than it really is are designed to fool more people into buying more. That's really the only reason to do fake/shill reviews.
LT was always hit or miss and known for some b&s.
