We have had three different Asian Chloe's in SoCal, and this girl's photos are not any of the three, so many girls have used the name Chloe, but if you know her, then you should tell the OP whether she's any good or not, especially for that rate.  He says he has money to burn, but no one wants to GET burned on an overpriced girl.  If by chance she's NOT a former Kgirl-agency girl, the service may be way less than he's used to with Kgirls.  

I did see a Chloe back in 2014 (BL) but cannot say that it is the same person as in the link provided. Looking at my old review I did enjoy my time with her.

Possibly the same person. This girl used to go by Chloe Liu, ABC who rebranded at Eurasian and recently invested in extensive body work (e.g., boobs, lips, face), and gave herself a rate increase to top it off. I think she used to be at $600-700/ hr a little over a year ago, and after the rebrand, she's now $1k+/ hr.
