I went to a reputable Kgirl agency and filled out the new client online form with my name, phone, and 3 references.  This was at the beginning of May. Immediately after submitting the form I received an email from the  agency indicating that they will contact me after I am verified.  About a week goes by and I hear nothing.  Since submitting my form, I had already seen another Kgirl from a different agency.  Naturally, I follow up with the first Kgirl agency and politely ask if I was verified and then offered to provide another reference if needed.  It's now been 2.5 weeks since I heard from the first agency.  Is it common to be completely ignored like this when trying to get verified?  Does the fact that it's a Kgirl agency have anything to do with it?  2 of my 3 references were from Kgirl agencies.  I'm a  little frustrated at this point and wanted to vent.

I would suggest you post this on the K-Girl board where there is a higher percentage of "fluency" in the K-Girl world than you will find here. Here you are likely to get a lot of well meaning, but horribly inaccurate information and advice from people here who are familiar with the hobby in general, but NOT the K-Girl part of it which plays by an entirely different set of rules.

and yes, getting cleared into the K-Girl world can be quite frustrating and many guys before you have felt the need to vent, but it is what it is, Personally I think it's worth the effort if you have an affinity for hot Asian women. Others of course may disagree.

We share that same affinity which is why I'm a little perturbed. If it had been a non kgirl agency then I would have moved on to the next one. I'll try the Kgirl board. Thanks.

Same thing happened to me with one agency that specialized in Asians. They never responded, and after an attempt to inquire about it via email, and a couple of phone calls, I just dropped it and let it go. Lesson learned, I will NEVER use an online form with an agency again.

I felt like it is kind of a "damned if you do and damned if you don't" type of situation in my view.  If you let it go, and never hear from them, then you are stuck with out seeing the girls and wonder what they have done with your personal and private information. And if you contact them repeatedly, they may take it as an insult, and thus you run the risk of them using your personal information in an inappropriate way.

If you choose to reach out to them, my advice would be to maintain composure so as not to give them a reason to retaliate.

Good luck with your endeavor

The So Cal K-Girl scene is also different from how it works in much of the rest of the country. I am not from DC, so I might not be of much help either, but a couple of observations from years of being around K-girls that might be helpful.

K-Girl bookers do what they want, when they want, and in whatever manner they choose to do it. Sometimes this is highly frustrating when trying to "break in" but once you are in, you are typically in forever with no further issues down the road.

It is the prevailing wisdom that once you are in with one K-girl agency, you are good with all of them, but that is not always the case, I have run into a few situations where one agency did not accept references from another, even though they were both Korean. This is not common, but it has been known to happen.

If you have any "board buddies" who have reviewed any of the ladies who work for this agency you are trying to break into, maybe reaching out to them for some guidance might be helpful. Or sometimes they can even "juice you in" by contacting the booker on your behalf, That is exactly how I broke into the So Cal K-Girl scene about a decade ago.

about new customers.  I tried several times on business trips to get approved, and I had multiple bookers in SoCal as ref's, but I don't think the DC bookers want to do the work to verify some guys.  I finally lucked out when a touring girl I knew from LA was there, so I texted her that I wanted to see her and she gave her booker my phone number so he would recognize me when I requested the appointment.  They have taken my appointments since them when I am traveling on business, so once you are in their database, I think you're good, regardless of the time-lapse between bookings.  The problem is getting in the first time.  A touring girl vouching for me was the only way I could crack that nut in DC.  She just happened to be there when I was there.

Rule here is be polite, be patient and be persistent (but not annoying which is why patience comes before persistent ;-)

If you're in with one booker build that relationship.

I started in the hobby about a year ago, and my main focus has been K-girls and Thai girls.  I found breaking into the scene in the DC area a bit frustrating, but got myself "in" without too much trouble.  Two agencies (and one semi-independent "group") worked to verify me rather quickly and I have seen many of their girls and had a great time almost every encounter.  They have been tremendous to work with.  My reviews are pretty clear if you are wondering which agencies these are for me.  The other 2-3 K-agencies that I contacted never responded in any way, even after a follow up e-mail or voice mail.  Total silence for reasons that are beyond me.

But I've never lacked for options with these three so I don't see the need to try to open any other doors right now. My guess is it would be easier, given my recent track record.

My advice is to not get hung up on one particular agency.  You already are in good with one, right?.  I don't know which one that is for you, but I'm pretty sure there will be no lack of great girls rotating through.  Try a couple more of the local agencies and just write off the one that is ignoring you.  You'll probably end up similar to my position here, and I've never felt like my options are limited.

If you were ignored, chances are your references didn't go through.  I usually like to remind my references that I would be using them as a reference before i send an inquiry to see someone new and usually it works out pretty well.  If you don't get a response usually within 24h, give them a text/email again reminding them you are waiting to be verified.  And definitely make sure your references actually refer you.

*edit* lets also not forget some bookers don't verify with some bookers too.  I know from experience some of the bookers just won't take other bookers reference, if I had to guess, just competition.

Recently I booked with someone in DC I had seen several times before, and the booker, who knew me well, gave me a specific time and general location.  When I called the next day, another booker said, "you haven't any references from the last 6 months, so you have to re-qualify."  I said "this is BS, lots of folks around here know me and never once a problem."  Guess who won that one?  As the Japanese say, "shikata ga nai," it can't be helped.  What it boils down to is those who run the game, make the rules.  I'd still love to see the original girl again, but it's not going to happen and somehow I've managed to conclude that the supply of spectacular friends is never going to run dry, human nature being what it is.

the longest I have gone in between appointments is about 3 months, plus, they know I am an out of town guy from when I got originally verified by the touring girl.  I also try to book one two-hour session while I'm there as a thank you to the booker.  (Same work, twice the money for the booker).  I still make my requests a day in advance in case I should encounter the kinds of problems you describe so there might be time to work it out.
