there may be LE hiding in there.

As I've said before, any of us could be LE. It's just too easy,
it's naive to think LE can't penetrate the agencies. One day they can be a hobbiest, the next day they can flip sides.

Just remember, you have the right to remain silent. so STFU.

One of the girls I frequent told me that there was a bust in Ktown yesterday and Pepsi and Namu and maybe other girls were busted.

Fellow hobbyists be careful and newbies expect more stringent reference checks.

Is usually associated with the Palace. So is it the Palace?

Their ads are gone. Looks like it.

Hmmmm palace ads are still up. And they are responding.  Not sure what to think.

Ye, I saw available now up too...

Where is this intel coming from...

Is it from disdig?

Spoke to a few sources inside and outside of that group and this really smacks of "fake news".  Pretty much everyone said there were no issues.

Agency rivalry?  Dissatisfied hobbyist? Elaborate hoax by LE?  Who knows.  We shall see... stay safe.

What she described seemed pretty genuine and she even told me her agency shutdown their business for the day as a precaution.  But, who knows, some of these girls are nuts and she could've made the whole thing up.

... to not respond to PM's from other hobbyists unless they have an established track record or you know them. Sorry, newbies ...your job to get accepted just got tougher.

is to create a member username and then start PM'ing other members.  The stupid ones will reveal themselves pretty quickly as they will ask you vouch for them with a booker (I recently had one that phrased it as "can you help a hobby brother out?), or else ask you about specific locations, booker names, etc.  The smart ones will play the longer con, corresponding about seemingly mundane Kgirl topics to build up your trust that they are a real hobbyist before asking you to vouch for them or get them into a certain org.  I can count on one hand the number of guys on TER that I would vouch for, and ironically, very few of them would ever need that kind of help because they're experienced vets.

The PM approach often works on Newbies, who are short of friends because they're new, when all of a sudden, they have a new hobby bro.  The new hobby bro will often commiserate with a Newbie about neither of them being able to get approved by a booker, before suggesting that they work "together" and if one of them gets in, he would vouch for the other.  Several newbies have fallen for this, and fortunately, the bookers are usually diligent about taking a referral form a new guy.

I know their are new guys that just don't think things through, but when I get PM's asking for me to vouch for them or else specific info about locations, bookers, etc., I just tell them they should be careful asking guys they don't know these kinds of questions because that's what LE does.  The ones that ARE LE you never hear from again.  The ones that aren't will respond apologetically and just ask for guidance, so I tell them how to frame their text message to try to get the appointment.  I don't give any info at all about locations or bookers to guys I don't know, and if they follow my appointment request protocol, it will be up to the booker to approve them or not.

Like what you said, I heard of vouching and other ways of getting around the system to get into an org because I got asked when I first surfaced. If people are doing this, then they are smarter than me and know who to trust. I just let bookers do their job.

I have time and patience so I didn't find it hard to get into any agency. I also believe in treating the gals right, be a good client and words will get around. My experience asides, I can understand why some hobbyists may have trouble and need to work together.

What I heard sounded risky to other hobbyists, to the orgs, and to the gals. It's why I assume the worse is to come if these things become more prevalent. So I kind of believed this story. My knee jerk reaction was to verify this but then I felt it was too much trouble. It felt like business as usual to me so I decided to wait and see. I hope Pepsi and Namu are alright anyway.

seems like the palace is laying low.
the ads are still up, but not "available now" in the late morning, as they usually are

I wonder if this alleged bust is limited to the Palace or will include other groups too?

What is also interesting is the number of blank ads which have no pictures and just a word or two of vacation. In the past the pictures often stayed in place if I remember right even if the girl left and they were going to reuse the ad.

Has anyone else noticed any else unusual as of late?  Something to start setting off alarm bells?

It does feel like the Palace is laying low or transitioning with only Wawa and Namu available since the afternoon. With the Palace, the girls may still be working even if the ads do not show available. Their regulars wouldn't rely on the available now.

I am not savvy so I rely on my gut feeling and I still see girls like nothing change. Just be careful as usual, keep your eyes open, watch for unusual activities and signs of surveillance. If you are nervous out there then better to lie low for a while. Keep in mind that if an agency is busted, they may set up sting to arrest other customers using that agency information.

Busting a couple of girls does not seem worth the effort unless it was convenient. To reel in the big fishes, they would want to infiltrate a large PM network, get close to people with the most insider info, and try to get various appointments with different agencies (the bigger the better) to gather evidence. Then finally obtain warrants for searches and make arrests. Catching the small fries first only allow the big fishes to get away.

As for ads, I think CV made some changes and it confused me whether the girl is still working or not. So I think some agencies try to clear out the girl name, description, and pics to make it clear she is gone until they have a new girl. I didn't think that was cause for alarm and appreciated them for doing that.

Also possible some nosey neighbor complained so LE has to do something, even though they have no intention of busting any networks or orgs.  Palace has been around a long time, pretty sure LE knows about them, but when a citizen files a complaint, they are compelled to do something about it.
