Like GaG said, they might also not want to get lesions there. The more you repeat with a girl, the more lenient she should become tho,as familiarity is the greatest lullaby for worries. Not a huge thing for me. I generally test the waters by seeing what reaction I'm getting while playing without trying to get much past the lips. If they do start getting wet quickly that generally means I can see about going further. If that doesn't really happen they it's silly to try.
