Unless someone really knows you I don't think people will ever just randomly vouch for you.

 
First, many agencies simply wont take vouches.

Second, even if you think you know a monger via online, theres no telling what he might do....and you'll be responsible for that monger because it's your vouch. And because of that people will not vouch for random ppl.  

 
This is why in general I don't vouch for anyone besides like maybe two monger homies I'm close with, and only in case of emergency. And also won't take vouches for me from someone else. Ie I don't want another person to be held responsible for my actions. I would want accountability to be a burden on me and only on me.

to someone I have not known from these boards for at least two or three years and have traded PM info with about specific providers we have both seen.   You have to be careful about putting a target on yourself as potential LE.  I have actually had undercover officers ask me the same thing by PM.  As soon as I start vetting them as mongers, they disappear.  

...and their strict vetting policy, a stranger is unlikely to vet you. My advice is to join a site like HX (in your area) or TER that features ads and profiles of local k-girls.  Once you establish a presence there it's easier to contact a booker on the site and try to arrange a session. Good luck!
