I know of HS & DS's.

I haven't been up since Superbowl Sunday.  Will check it out when I go up the first week of March.  I've tried HS, DW, SS, LVQC and Vegasian Club.  Haven't tried LT.  The ones I've tried are mostly equivalent to solid second tier girls in LA. Many are girls who have worked LA, OC or SF already. Once in awhile they will get a top tier touring girl.  No complaints about the quality of service but the rate is $300, not $250.  Most will also do outcall to your hotel for another $.  (I know you probably know that, but some here may not.)

SS ads are still on CV, but the ads do not list website although same contact number.

Probably just website maintenance.

At both SS & Vegasian Club. Websites for both are also  no longer available.

Either LE activity, or business is too slow to keep these operations going.  When business is very slow at an org and word gets around the Kgirl network that girls there are not making decent money, its hard to get new girls to sign on for a shift.

As you stated business is too slow. Vegas can be hit or miss with the holidays, conventions, tourists, and the general luck of the few locals with extra cash. And as you stated above the rate structure compared to LA or Bay Area, does make some people think twice, especially with new Ladies.

DW & HS are the consistent ones.  2nd tier LA is a good descriptor. Queens club is another, but they charge by the nut, not joking.  Condos are nowhere near as nice as LA pads.  Usually outdoor facing entrances so public can see you from car to door knock.
But things are much better than the past.  There basically wasn't a k-girl market here until about 2 years ago.
