K-girls

And another consideration ...

From published stories with at least some credibility to them:

If the working girls get busted, they:
1. Cry and say that they were trafficked: temporary visa and maybe a green card.
2. Might get deported back to home.
3. Misdemeanor, fine, time served, slap on the wrist.

The owners tend to get tougher treatment. (In NY, some owners who made the news were living in fancy houses in the 'burbs so it's hard to plead "trafficked!")

A US citizen can't plead that he was trafficked into owning; pleading ignorance almost never works (9/10 of the law and all that) and can't be DEported overseas just IMported into the criminal justice system.

Been in the game since 1988 from my Marine Corps days in Southeast Asia needless to say I've seen quite a few gals. Hit up  one of the gals that I use to see on a regular basis in 07 and 08 to see if she was still dating. She replied yes but very under the radar and insisted that I don't write a review. That was her MO back in the day and I honored her request. She was always Indie and is American born. We got to talking about starting an agency. She speaks fluent Korean and travels to Asia all the time.  Anyone out there ever had their own agency or given it any thought. Would love to hear what hobbyist think about this.

you only have to be more greedy than smart, but if you are dead-set on giving it a try, PM me.

There are plenty of risks. There was the recent big bust in Seattle of a group of non-K guys involved with maintaining things up there. Signing a lease and then pretending not to know what the sub-letters are doing doesn't protect the leaseholder from getting in trouble.

There's a guy in NYC who has been doing ads for a lot of KMPs for many years. He blogs about his experiences and the craziness that he's seen, including all the attempts the KMPs make to get us "regular guys" to sign a lease and sub-let to them (for a bonus and a profit, of course). When the hammer comes down that guy can get hammered.

There can be other problems, too.

PM me if you want the NYC blog site

your playing with "fire" if you decide to open up your own store!

Yes, you might be able to start off strong but there are alot of atrributing factors that will put the magic bracelets
on. Plus, you're world will be turned upside down if that so happens!

Good point. For the matter of trafficking, it would not be worth it to be convicted of trafficking. You better have a good business sense and make the girls sign papers saying they came here willingly to work (better yet, get it on video). I would think it would be better to bring them here on student visas and actually have them enroll in school part time. ICE interrogates these girls at the airport when they come here because they know South Korea is a hot spot for trafficking (voluntary, that is). You really have to be savvy now.

There was a recent bust in NJ regarding fake schools providing papers to get foreigners "student visas" (unrelated to TER-stuff but definitely related to crime, job scams, etc.). The school owners and the visa brokers were arrested.

See the NY Board (and other outlets) for news of the recent (yesterday) indictment and arrest of 11 owners of KMPs. Money laundering and other charges.

Mine makes number 6 and so far every single one of them have been good advice, an almost unheard of feat on TER, congratulations guys.

Owning an agency period, not to mention one that specializes in importing girls/providing visas, etc from a country neither of you are from does qualify as one of those questions that if you have to ask, the answer is most definitely not just NO, but HELL FUCKING NO!!!

I don't know if this is the dumbest idea ever floated on TER, but it's up there.

and is your girl korean or south east asian who speaks korean? and has she lived in Korea? theres a big difference if you want to open a true korean incall like the ones in LA

tell  me you are going to discuss these details on an open board.  Ask him to PM you.  LE may be watching.  Just a suggestion to keep yourself safe.

I wouldnt reveal anything specific anyway.
 Just curious^^
