Seems like Papago and Google Translate are about the same. I think the basic message is that you should not expect them to do much heavy lifting and just focus on key idea rather than a complete sentence. Or at least very simple sentences.

 
I don't often use a translator app in a session but have used both the above and tend to like Papago best.

Hi All,

I tend to fumble with translation apps- can never seem to make them work fluidly and with ease. Having said that, I like Papago best.
What is your experience and how do you use the apps of your choice without being clumsy. (Hitting the wrong button, not speaking audibly, etc.)
