At least you received a reply from TER. I reported an invalid review for Rebecca a few months back that was a clear aberration because the it described her as Caucasian and lived in a beautiful home. She even gave him a tour of it. Could entirely be possible she recently did a skin whitening treatment and moved into a luxury house but seems unlikely. No response from TER.
Along the same lines, the month defaulting to when the review was written is really inconvenient. It needs to be a mandatory field that doesn't have a default so the reviewer has to manually select something. One girl that has been off for two months somehow has 4 June reviews. She may have seen some regulars/favorites last month but not multiple first timers.
