Whenever I get radio silence when I try to book, i.e., no response, I just assume the girl is not available for that day or at my requested times, and try another day. And usually it is just simply on another day that things work out, and I get a response and a meeting. Since I can't know what is happening, I decline to read into any silence and just forget that girl for that day. Especially when it is not that hard to find someone else if I really need to make something happen on a particular day.
If I had to speculate, when a girl is not available, it is probably not a great use of the booker's time to respond to every inquiry for her on that day. But who knows.

I think Mila was available today. If I text a booker and she is all booked, the booker is likely to reply that she is full. I never get radio silence two days in a row like this.
If it's me, I will try calling once if I really want to see her and to see what's up.
Or try to text for a different girl from this booker to see if I get BL or something. I never send more than 1 text per day to the same phone number. Don't want to be a pest.

I don't think so. This booker associated with many other phone numbers. I recalled I texted this number and was asked "what's time do you want" with you verification and this is my first time for this number. I knew he has my profile somewhere.
I know this booker and others have more than one phone number and book many girls. That's why I think the captain is great that he can move on. I will have panic if I am excluded from even one Kgirl.
Since I know the best time to contact them and only book girls that are available that day, I almost always get some kind of respond within 30 minutes. If they don't respond, I assume they are busier than I thought and move on. I will come back eventually and if they still don't respond, the sky is falling.

In any case, you're right to move on and not waste time one something you cannot control -- life too short for that crap. You can always reach out to the booker in the future to see if anything has changed.
I dialed Girl A and got silence treatment. Later that day I dialed Girl B & C by the same booker. She responded with a little annoyance, "Ok, Ok, I got it. Girl A is off these few days. Do you want to wait or book another girl.?"
"If she's not available, who else would be available?" and you STILL don't get a response, then you know the booker is not monitoring the phone number that day and the girl is off. Just the mere suggestion that you would be open to a recommendation if your first choice is out will get a response unless the booker is not monitoring the phone number. After you hear the choices, you still don't have to agree to any of them. You can just say "Thanks anyway, but I'll try again in a few days for (first choice girl)".
Yep, and the shopping is totally more fun that way than just shooting in the dark...
I've had were off of booker recommendations when I couldn't get my first choice. If your booker keeps track of the kinds of girls you see and knows what your "type" is, which they often due for higher-volume regulars, there recommendation in matching you up with the right new girl is often better than what you would have come up with on your research.
Conversely, I have also had a few situations where I asked for a particular girl, and the booker said they would take the appointment, but didn't think the girl was my "type." A few times I went against this warning and saw them anyway and each time regretted it.
I'm lower volume, so just get list of everyone available by section of town. It's still fun to pick from though.
consider you a high-volume regular if you book an hour a week. I have a few friends that do 10-12 hours a week, but they're retired, so this is, in effect, their "JOB." Lol Which reminds me of a story . . . . .

Same for me, met both my favorites. The two times when the women I wanted to visit were busy and the booker offered different options, I took it and both times I had a blast.

couldn't find a single Kgirl in Paris, except civvie tourists. Had to make do with French and Italian hookers.
