Recommendations to avoid LE bust?

I used to see Independent ladies who have good reviews and never thought about possible LE encounter. Recently, I have started to meet Kgirls, the overall experience was very positive. However, I realized that kgirls are usually associated with agencies and have higher volume everyday which make it a higher risk for LE bust compared to independent providers.

Getting arrested would be the worst nightmare for us. I have searched the discussion board here and read multiple posts of LE busts among different Asian agencies before. My experience is that kgirls usually stay in decent apartment complex and need a code to get in. It's very likely that LE are fully aware of these popular locations, if they don't, it will be super easy for them to find it out. If some neighbors  got annoyed by all these traffic and reported to LE, I don't think it's very hard for them to set up a sting operation and arrest a couple of girls, stay in the room with the girls, and waiting for the guys coming to visit the girls and then arrest them.

My question is what we could do to avoid entering the room where the police is waiting for you? I don't know how LE set up the sting operation, but I would assume that they would prefer to arrest more people in one operation. Because for every LE bust news I read, there are many guys got arrested not just the girls. If that's  the case, there should be some police cars not far from the apartment building during the operation. Do you think it's helpful to get there earlier and drive around the building to check if there are police cars around before entering the building? Are there any other recommendations that we could do to decrease the chance of meeting the policemen?

"don't think it's very hard for them to set up a sting operation and arrest a couple of girls, stay in the room with the girls, and waiting for the guys coming to visit the girls and then arrest them. "

It's actually hard. The girls always stay in contact with PO. So the only window in which this can happen is after you're given green light but before you walk in. Even if they are arrested, they don't have to cooperate or do anything for cops. For instance, they can simply refuse to open a door to a customer. If a man opens a door instead of a woman, you know to simply leave. It will be a pain to charge you.

What can happen is you being in the apartment when an arrest happens, but it's pretty damn unlikely. Since they wouldn't have a proof of offer of money for sex (hopefully kgirl put the money away) the max they can charge you with is bawdy place attending, and they probably can't even detain you. They'll try to talk to you but as usual you don't talk to cops without an attorney if you are arrested/detained. Ans if you aren't arrested or detained you chalk up the deuce to them and leave.

I wouldn't ever worry walking into a sting with a known reputable korg. Some new one that doesn't have reviews and looks suspect, sure. But a reputable org with reviews?

I give a lot of shit to orgs POs etc. but safety is not one of them. Don't worry. If anything looking paranoid and worried may make neighbors think you are a bad actor.

That's really good analysis. Since some kgirl are not very good at English, it make them less like to cooperate with cops for the sting operation.

You said that you can simply leave if a man open the door. If that's the case, then how could so many guys got arrested on so many bust news that I read? Why not they just leave if they saw the police officer?  They even post guys face pictures on the news to let everybody see.

From what I heard, as long as you enter the door and the police officers are inside the room, you will get arrested no matter what. They may release you later but you will get arrested first.

When police arranges a sting, there are no workers. They lure you into what usually is a motel room. It used to be you had to agree to a proposition of sex for money, so I imagine they get it off your text message or whatnot. I don't know the legal mumbo jumbo here exactly so I'll defer to Google.

Again, the chances of you being arrested simply walking into a kgirl incall are close to zero. To be arrested you need a warrant on you or to do something that would implicate you. It's not illegal to knock on an apartment door. It's not illegal to enter it if the person inside let's you in. To search your phone and extract your text messages they need a warrant and subpoena.

Theres not much police can do to a John like this. The most they can do is detain you for questioning but it's not worth it for them. So most likely theyll just try to talk to you and get some information out using some techniques like fear and even threats. All you need to do is ask if you are arrested or detained and invoke your fifth if so. If you are in a state like California you don't even have to identify yourself. Just make sure they don't follow you to your vehicle, because then they can stop you and then you will have to produce your Id etc.

You said that you can simply leave if a man open the door. If that's the case, then how could so many guys got arrested on so many bust news that I read?
The ones who get arrested exchange money for a specific sex act on tape/camera. Just keep your mouth shut and walk out.

All of what Rocket said was on point. I'll simply add: if you want to avoid LE, stick with kgirls. Safest option overall IMO outside of going to a place like the FKK clubs in Germany where it is 100% legal.

In America, we are truly blessed to have the kgirl system.

You are at a higher risk with indies who might get busted and then be persuaded to hand over their customer address book to save their own skin.  A booker would never do that because it would take the whole org down instead of just one girl.  Bookers will refer the unlucky girl to an attorney, and then arrange for her to work somewhere else, rebranding her as a new girl.

There has never been an LE bust that came from setting up a sting to emulate a Kgirl org.  Busts can only get one specific Kgirl location out of maybe 6 or 8 that the booker is managing. The most common reason is that some clown's wife got ahold of his cell phone, saw the conversation with the booker and the address where her husband/boyfriend was going, then calls it in to LE.  However, most often, the SO will text or call the booker and warn them that if they continue to take business from her man, she will report the address to LE.  Immediately upon getting this kind of threat, the smart bookers relocate the incall to another location within the same complex (these apartment complexes are huge).  Out of thousands of sessions I've had, I only had one instance where I was at an incall when police knocked on the door.  The girl looked through the peephole, came back and said "police", so I told her not to open the door, figuring they don't have probable cause to break in, which they didn't.  I contacted the booker and she told me to not leave for another hour, and that's what I did.  No sign of the police.

Most of the busts that have actually occurred are infiltration busts, but it's not a lot, maybe one or two a year out of hundreds of sessions in SoCal per day.  These are the fault of the booker who was lax on the screening and an undercover LEO got through and saw the girl.  They hand over the money, she accepts it, and they bust the girl.  The guy who is fucking her roommate at the time is at a potential disadvantage for obvious reasons but is not charged if he keeps his mouth shut and doesn't admit to anything  The remedy for the org is the same, move the incall to another location.  The girl involved will sometimes split back to Korea, or work in a different county under a different name until she is off probation.  (Prostitution records are kept at the county level).  Never met a Kgirl who had the bad luck to be busted twice in California.  NorCal girls will come South and SoCal girls will go North or to San Diego until the clock on their probation out.  The only danger is when some poster here that is obsessed with names outs her new name and combines is with the name she was busted under on her profile.  Then she must go to another state.

To summarize, LE does not play the long game to catch us by setting up a sting.  That would mean posing as a Kgirl org and an org with no girls getting reviews would not fool anyone here.  The cost versus return on investment for them is not a good use of their limited defund-the-police resources.  As monger, we pick girls who are with an agency who has been around awhile and who's girls are getting regular reviews, and the chance of you being busted at a Kgirl incall is between zero and nil.

Thank you all for the discussions. It looks like that I was worrying too much. It's reassuring  to hear everybody's opinion here.
