Sex work is legal, regulated , and openly advertised in Japan. In my opinion, I see little incentive for Japanese women to travel to the USA to engage in activities that could have legal ramifications if caught.

Thai agencies in SoCal, but most Viets went to Kgirl agencies, or became indies and did their own screening.
