There have been other threads going back four or five years, but the answer is still substantially the same for LA.
Contact melosplayground.com to arrange outcall with Chu. She's the only Kgirl that advertises it. Other LA Kgirls may do it if they trust you, and you book multi-hours to take them out.

I can book any Kgirl in LA easily so I was very nonchalant with Melo's booker. Booker was nice and let me see their exclusive with just a simple reference. It will be tough for you to get screened without providing what they ask.
outlier. Kudos to you for that, but I would suggest caution with a girl that has so-so review scores (especially for appearance), and is offering gang bangs in addition to outcalls and BBFS. It just smacks a little of desperation, so maybe she is not getting the traction in the LA market that she had hoped for.
On the other hand, if she is charging her full rate from her starting point and stays on the clock until her return, she won't mind sitting in traffic because she's getting paid for it. As I said above, the dead time traveling in traffic what made outcall unviable when they first tried it in LA. Since she doesn't list a rate for outcall, then I have a feeling it's NOT just a flat $100 extra like it is in Vegas. Did you actually see her on an outcall, or did you see her inside?
