Book two hours, leave after on hour, and she gets paid for the second hour to redo her hair and makeup. From this, you can see that the number one concern is losing time so they can fix their hair/makeup after you COF. That's time they don't get paid for, so by eliminating the dead hour they are going to have, and making it worth their while to agree to it in the first place, you have removed their general objections to doing it. The guys I know that REALLY like this are not cheap and understand why 99%+ of Kgirls do not offer it because it amounts to giving the customer OTC time while they do their makeup over. Just tell the booker what you have in mind for the two hours and they will usually have no problem getting you a girl to go for it. Most of the cheap guys want this service for free, i.e., no upcharge, and if that's what you are looking for, you need to go WAY down the line in the looks department to find someone desperate enough who will take your hour donation and let you COF knowing they will have a dead hour afterward making themselves presentable for the next customer.
If you want to avoid paying an upcharge in the form of the second hour, then see her once a week three or four months and then ask her if she would do it for you on the next session. (You must ask in advance because she has to tell the booker to block out the hour after you, but if you are paying for the second hour, as mentioned above, then that hour is is reserved for you, even though you will have left already, so she still gets to do her hair/makeup.) Being a regular with Kgirls will often get you consideration of unusual requests if it's not something dangerous.
Why not just book the last hour of the day so extra hour is not required?
the COF finish is all that matters to you, but if you are going to expect the same level of service of 9:00 or 10:00pm at night as you get 1:00 or 2:00 in the afternoon, you will be sorely disappointed. End of the day appointments are usually reserved (not to mention best-suited) for regulars who bring a meal to share when the session is over and are okay with a slow laid-back session, knowing that their Kgirl is exhausted from working all day. Thinking you can bring food AND get a COF finish is wishful thinking. Kgirls want to get the splooge off their faces as soon as possible and that will delay eating even more. This may be a "better solution" if you don't want to pay her for the extra hour, but you have to agree to take the negatives that come with being the last appointment of the day. Tired, grumpy and short-tempered is often what you get. I never book a session that goes past 7:00pm for this very reason.
depends sometimes. i've had a couple requests to book the last hour so she could actually climax. apparently they hold back as to not get tired throughout the day with all the bookings. but then again, that's with the initial appointment that demonstrated i knew what i was doing, heh

The reason they resist coming at work is that orgasms make them tired, so they don't want to deal with the fatigue when they still have other customers lined up for later.
