I had the same question and confusion when I visited LA the first time. Every girl had their own number and no central home page like in the rest of the country. As I got to know more girls from LA, they told me that LA way is more secure and easier to manage. If something goes wrong, all you have to do is change phones. I can certainly see their point of view, but perhaps their viewpoint may change in light of recent happenings.

because at any one time there are anywhere from 80 to 120 active KDs. Many are independent & hire the booker to receive calls , screen & set up appointments . There are several agencies with several KDs maybe up to a dozen . In DC there are at most 8 or 10 girls visiting. There are 4 or 5 host agencies each with two or three girls at a time .
In LA the agencies & independents need to establish a ads , promotion and marketing website that would be under their control . It would generate $10'sK of income in saving that would otherwise to a commercial site . Providers and agencies can purchase as many ad pages & not have to be at the mercy or under the control of shady organizations run by charlatans. The problem in LA is there is little coordination or collaboration between the agencies while the bookers mostly cooperate on safely related matters and nothing else. More than anything they need leadership .

I wonder if it a language barrier thing or what, but I don't know if these girls knows how dangerous that other site is to them and there businuess.
