No sushi or crazy spicy, and no steakhouse chains (Capital Grill, Ruth's Chris, etc.)

Any suggestions for great farm to table restaurants or local places that are extraordinary?  I need a nicer dinner place and a lunch place that could be more casual.  Thanks.

One of my favorite more casual dining favorites is  Brazilian steakhouse Fogo de Chao.

Another favorite is a rooftop restaurant called The Eagle's Nest. It sits on top of the Hyatt in downtown and slowly rotates 360 degrees as you dine. It's best for dinner in my opinion because of the view it offers.

They have wonderful fresh fish, of course, but they also have a fresh fruit drink menu that all the drinks  have the fresh fruit muddled in them.  The fresh lime margarita's were awesome.  It's also in a huge shopping center that is super nice.

Wait...isn't that a chain?
