Can anyone help?  I'd really like to have a referral from someone who has had a positive experience with the person.  I have recently hired four new people who have not worked out for one reason or another.  Each time I wasted days of explaining what needed to be done.

Just so you don't wonder if I'm a bitch to work for or something, I'll list the reasons why it didn't work.  1) Way too expensive for what she accomplished.  2)  Out sourced to India and they totally nude sites were illegal, but nobody knew this until I was a week into the negotiations.  3)  Never actually did a bit of the work and after a week I gave up and looked elsewhere.  4)  I thought I finally found a perfect match.  He worked for me for 3 weeks, then said his wife demanded that he stop working for me after she saw my sites.

I want a professional, but most of what I need to have done is pretty simple...adding new videos weekly, changing up text, adding new photos and friends to my friends page.  Whoever does this work for me must be familiar with drupal.

My last guy worked for me for about 2 years and got busy with other stuff.  He was an amatuer and was able to do everything, but evidently, drupal is not easy to use if you don't know how to.

took us 2 days to create out agency site. its VERY easy to manage ourselves. Only drawback is they dont currently work well for mobile phone clients...but they are working on it. Basic stuff is free, plus they have ALOT of designs so things can always look new and fresh.
You can even use the domain name of your current site if needed.

totally he just did mines its brand spanken new took me a year to launch it, well i ahd a cheaper one uo that didnt expire til oct so i let it run out first. i am pumped , he did such good job
