The truth of the matter is, not all places in the world, or even the country are "TER Territory" My advice would be to check another review site that caters to international mongering. I can think of one off the top of my head, but you will have to PM me for the URL as it's considered a "competing review site" and as such can not be mentioned by name on a public TER board.
