If you get to NY,  I squirt like a fountain . . .

not sure about local providers- but I have seen two traveling mature women- both fit and fun and both great squirters that visit DC frequently- both have great reviews, do a search for Allie or Summer (put in Miami for city or over 40) or do a search on this board - I'm sure they have posted in the last couple months
