I noticed that most of the Asian agencies charge double for outcall in DC. Can anybody point me in the right direction of an outcall service or provider that has the similar affordable rates that I see in most of the listings for the Asian agencies. I would prefer to have a visit at my hotel near DupontCircle, but not double the cost.  I like all Asian woman, but my preference goes in the order of Korean,, Japanese, Chinese .  

Also, if I do incall at any of those services, I noticed the rates are lower than most other providers in DC. Is that because there’s an up charge or expected amount of tip while I am there?, similar to an amp? Or is that a flat rate?  

Lastly, there are so many. Can anyone recommend the best agencies or independents. to try?

The Asian escort agencies charge less because they are volume based. Pictures are usually fake. There’s a high percentage chance who you get is older and/or not as pretty. That said, if you book one with good TER reviews, you can still get a cute one. And they are the best bargain. They charge more for Outcall because the time it takes them to travel likely costs them another session. These are ladies that can churn out 6-8 clients in a day.
