...to use this board to try and find a provider who had to lie low for a while?  She emailed me last year to say she was going to have to change her ID and location, without being specific (totally understand).
I've been trying to see if she's resurfaced anywhere, but don't want to blurt her name out just in case she's still got issues.

I would say, since she has your email address, she will contact you if and when she no longer has "issues." She has her reason(s) for laying low. Also, if she emailed you, you have her email address as well, presumably. Finally, if you have been pining for this woman for a year, I would venture to guess that you have a much stronger attachment for her than she has for you...time to let it go. Good Luck.
