You are probably going to need to go to Lincoln (about 90 miles) or Omaha (about 140 miles) and there isn't a whole lot there either.  Good luck - your going to need it!!!

I'm out there 10 times a year and It is a bit of a barren wasteland.  You may get lucky with a visiting provider.  I have one provider that I'm regular with (see reviews) that is in Lincoln and she drives to Omaha for and additional $50.  She might make the trip to Grand Island if you asked nice.  PM me if you want additional details.
