I was there a couple of months ago.  had some bad experiences.  Almost anything you will call that is advertised on the internet turns out to be ROB's.  They show up in your room.  terrible service.  upsell, upsell, upsell.  

Whatever you do don't go with gals that hang out outside the hotel.  I made that mistake and ended up getting totally ripped off and was scared for my life.

The massage parlors can be half decent and you can get a decent and safe HJ (sometimes).

all in all, not a destination.

Thanks for the info.  There's a gazillion hot and sexy ads by Beijing girls out there, sounding like they're ready to hop in bed and do anything and everything.  Their English is very good, so I suspect the girls themselves don't write these ads.

As for "not a destination," I will be there on business; not aiming at it as a "destination"...but hoping there's a good time or two while there.
