Could you help me evaluate the value or feasibility in exchange for % and help with the business for more %?

I have an informational product in mind that would be all handled via internet.  I would like to find providers with experiance in website maintenance, bulletin board presence, good reputation in our circles, marketing sauvy, etc.  I am just prospecting and investigating this line of reasoning.
 
The information is directly linked to our hobbies and professions, everyone here on TER has heard something on the subject and I may be the only one who thinks it has value if presented in the right fashion.  So if you have any desire to help with advise or to let me know just how off my rocker I am with this request.  

I have asked a few providers during regular visits about the product and they thought it is a great idea (I know a girl will tell you anything at that point).  Anyway they really didn't have the skills, contacts, or ambition to help in anything other than testing.  

I hope you have had internet marketing exposure and reviews that can help me identify your talents, and reputation.
