If you make an ISO post on a local board, it's probably going to get moved to this board.  So, to make it easier for the readers, put in your post where you are looking.  Sure makes it easier to answer an ISO post if the replier knows where the seeker is.

But then I need to fill out the move form in triplicate and get it approved by the receiving mod, Admin, Super Admin and Super Duper Admin.  By then, the poor guy looking for some fun would be wondering why his dick fell off.

I think a targeted audience is going to give better feedback than an audience of people who may or may not have even been to (or in some cases, even heard of...) the area in question.

But I totally agree that location should be put in the title of any ISO posts. That helps everyone.
