You should learn how to use the search functions around here....

If you search by "midget", this is what you will come up with, (see link).
The review section also has a search function by height.

There are only a few providers shorter then....

4'9" that are reviewed. You can find them by using height as a search parameter.

He is an article about a dwarf prostitute in Hollywood. Maybe you can track her down :)
