Thinking of trying my hand at a few of the major cities in Texas (sick of Utah winters) and would like to find a short term 3-6 month lease, preferably furnished that's under $1200 a month and in a decent area. Ideally would like to be near Austin Tech Corridor or Zilker Park. Controlled/Key access preferred. I am less familiar with Dallas but would like to be easily accessible to the entrepreneurs and corporate gentlemen that make up such a large part of my average client demographic.

I am tidy, fairly low volume  (up to 10 dates a month) try to host while 9-5ers are at work  and do outcalls once they are home after 5 so I keep a super low profile and consequently I have spotless rental history and solid references. Would like to begin lease/arrangement early to mid January through the end of April or beginning of May.
