I'm interested in a top-notch Vietnamese-American female provider (not AMP, and not TS). If not Vietnamese-American, then Vietnamese-European or Vietnamese-Caucasian mix.

On the East Coast is preferable, but anywhere in the US or who tours through the US is good.

Must be comfortable providing pictures.

The very first name that comes to mind is a provider who was once very active on the boards but was banned several months ago, hence she cannot be named. PM me for the info. (She 100% VNese, not mixed, but is educated in and lives in the US.)
