Go to the big blue [Reviews] tab.
Then choose SEARCH REVIEWS from the line below: [New Reviews] [SEARCH REVIEWS] [Search v] ...  

Then, enter some of your old info (phone number, email address) and hit Search. Do you show up?

What was your "official" name? Search that.  
What cities did you work? The drop down list of cities is only for major markets. If you were in Stamford or Hartford, try "Other".  

Anything? Are you in there?

I used to work in SLC 2007-2008 and still was able to pull up old reviews. Not before typing in a few variants of the name I used. It finally popped up but unless you have the same exact info (email or phone) to verify they won't link your old reviews to your new name or account until you can mesage them from the original email or phone. It's a huge pain in the ass to start over but glad I did because my reviews are better and I am not the same type of provider anymore.
