My friend is in the business as well and she recently got a message from her eros ad in toronto to join an agency in ny to see many affluent clientele that they have. I tour the US a lot and know there a lot of scam agencies and I am warning her not to meet with these people (they want to fly her down to ny). They also already have her pictures up on the site, without even meeting her. I think its a scam let me know what you guys think.

If they have put her pictures up without her permission then that just proves they are dodgy and best avoided,

Sounds like something to avoid to me.  If they have her photos up without any clue about her they have other girls photos up under the same circumstances as well.

And one important thing is: you are the company you keep.  If the quality of the other girls is not as advertised then it will be a black mark on her reputation.
