I think you are referring to Michelle of 'Michelle's Magic'.  Michelle was a long time escort in the Bay Area with an excellent reputation.  Aout a year ago (mid-2001) she retired from the business, and then (sadly) a few months later she passed away.  For details you can check the archives of SF Redbook, for what it's worth.
