All you need to do is search the reviews for the criteria that interest you.

If you are looking for outcall, then it doesn't matter where you are located. South bay is basically LA and any LA girl will/should travel to South Bay... the OC is another story.  Any one with a dozen or more favorable reviews knows what the roles are.  They're experienced and have the references to vouch for themselves.  As far as beauty, well that's in the eye of the beholder.
