I don't know of any providers in Duluth, I am very new at this, but I am sure if you make calls someone will be more than willing to drive up there. Duluth is beautiful and there's lots to do. Who wouldn't want to go? Especially now that it's not so cold. Good luck! I hope I am not too late.
