Remember providers tour to make money. The expenses can be high while on tour, so they need to maximize their ROI. Therefore they tour cities that have large populations or are known to support touring providers. Many small states have the same issue. I don't know your circumstances, but if you travel for business, you might consider seeing providers during your biz trips.
