The worldsexguide is great. While in Singapore you have to check out the towers on Orchid Road... There you will find 8-10 bars filled with incredible providers. Be careful tho, some bars specialize in TV's.
Tokyo - Ginza district is your best bet. Most of the amateurs (and the professionals) prefer Americans. Also, look at the lightposts in the Ginza - you will see plenty of cards stuck on them. Set up one day before. Bangkok - ask any taxi guy. Do not go to the sex bars... cheap stuff only. There are plenty of places.
Beijing - best bet is the Hard Rock Cafe, next to "Great Wall hotel. $70-$100.
Hong Kong - I usually stay at the Hyatt on the island, step out of the hotel, cross the street, go to the local sex bars and stay outside. SW's are $100 or less for the night.
