Hi TER members in NY City,

There are a couple of providers that I would love to see in Manhattan. The problem I am faced with is that they will only see you at a hotel in the city.  Do any of the NY city members know of any respectable hotels that offer short stay rates?  I am a Long Island resident, and my knowledge of the hotels in the city are pretty limited.  I only know of some of the big name hotels, and  I know they don't offer short stay rates.  I am open to any suggestions.
