Griff,
I know you prefer an independent, but I have to say that Lena at Olga's Angels (see my review) was truly amazing.  I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone.  She is incredibly warm and engaging as a person - something that might be important if you want to spend some extended time together for more than just the sex (which, BTW, was fabulous).  Plus,  her English is very good.
