Does anyone know ways of finding out about providers in either of these cities?  Thanks.

If all else fails, check with the bell captain
or concierge of your hotel... they know everything!!!

I'm from Berlin and go there several times a year, so sometimes I'm a provider there.  They probably have different sites for those cities where you can find girls who are always local to the area though.  Or you could try the agencies in the area maybe?
