I am a relative newbie.  Most all of the women I have seen so far have been dancers I have picked up at various clubs.  Not true professional providers.  After searching through TER, I am finding that many of the providers who match my tastes require references.  I know that there are many providers I can see without a reference, but I'm wondering if anyone has a recommendation for a specific provider/providers who are good to use as a reference so I can focus on seeing a few of them.  For instance, are there any providers who are cool with giving out references and that other providers will think, "If she gave him a good reference, that's good enough for me"?  I would prefer not to have to see a dozen women just to find two or three who will give a reference.  Thanks.

Some independent providers do not accept referrals or references from agencies because many agencies do not sufficiently screen.

Getting in good with an agency may open up some doors (certainly with the rest of the agency's ladies), but it's not an end-all solution to not having references.
