Depending on the request I can certainly come up sooner. I generally do incall somewhere around central-ish L.I. like Garden City, Massapequa, Plainview, Mellville etc. When I tour it's generally Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and sometimes Mondays. So Saturday or Sunday would definitely be doable.
