There's something in economics called a negative externality. It's when a party in an economic transition doesn't experience the full cost of an action but rather transfers some or all of the cost on other parties (e.g., a company dumping waste in a river). Some girls won't see guys who have seen other girls who are known to provide BBFS. So by publicly seeking BBFS, you could end up making it hard for guys to get get dates (covered or not) if they have seen the same girls you have seen and reviewed.

I agree best to do this, if you're really gung-ho about it ,privately with a provider you've seen before, know and will accept the documentation, at least that way there is already a certain level of trust established. I know one provider I know might be up for it, but I really want to save that for a serious monogamous relationship, of course that might not happen, because I absolutely zero game lol.
