I feel for you, dude, especially since nobody has answered you. I'd like to make some suggestions for why you haven't gotten a good response.
First, it's considered bad internet etiquette to use ALL CAPS. It looks like you're YELLING.
Second, you haven't informed us of whether or not you've done an adequate search, or looked up things elsewhere on the internet. There are ways to GET straight at the information you want without having to ASK for it; you just click click click right to it. Those ways include the "search" functions at TER, the Big Doggie boards (http://www.bigdoggie.net/), and a host of other internet web sites. Please do that.
Third, you haven't told us your location. I might know of someone in Tampa who could help you. But you might live in Alaska.
Fourth, you have indicated (I'm reading between the lines a little bit here) a rather dismissive, objectifying view of providers. Just a bit. You didn't say, "I really love the way women give me excellent stimulation, but I personally find it really hard to orgasm from oral, but I want to. Is there someone out there who would be willing to help me with this problem of mine?" Instead, you implied the following: "I think women should serve me better, and just know how, and when they don't treat me exactly the way I want without me having to tell them, I get pissed off." I realize you didn't actually SAY the latter, but you IMPLIED it.
Finally, fifth, you indicate that you have received oral for TWO HOURS and not orgasmed. A half-hour, to me, seems a reasonable time, after which the difficulty is more of an "impossibility" than a "challenge." Items four and five, combined, suggest to me that physically you aren't doing your end of the bargain with the provider. It might not be the case, but the way you've expressed yourself, it seems that way.
So, really, your request needs to be radically rewritten. First, do the searches at Big Doggie, TER, elsewhere. Then, here's a suggestion that you should post as a new thread to this ISO board:
"I'm a X-year-old male living in Y city, and I'm interested in a marathon oral session. I find it hard to finish from oral, but it's always been a fantasy of mine to receive oral for as much as an hour and then finish that way. Does anyone know of a provider whose oral skills are marathon and effective?"
You might include some further information on where you've searched, how you treat providers with respect, and how you intend to go about behaving in the session. I hope it's not behavior similar to that YELLING CRASS PUSHY GUY who posted the first message here.
