I will give you the same answer that has been given out all over the country.  Guys in any town are sorta protective of their local girls.  It is very difficult to recommend a lady to a guy with no reviews, and who is totally unknown to us locally.  Besides the fact that you gave no preferences, so we would not know what kind of provider you are looking for.

In short, there are plenty of providers in Tampa and St Pete as well as all around the bay area.  Check the reviews for Tampa and see what strikes your fancy.  Most guys don't want to do your research for you, including myself.
