When I was in the navy I had the opportunity to visit places like The Philippines and Thailand and was wondering if anyone had the same experiences and if there were places like that in Central or South America at the same type of money exchange rate.  I am looking for a vacation spot for me and some buddies we just did a trip to Vegas but we want something a little more wild with not a huge price tag. Any advice
