I have been to some small or private AMPs here in the Boston area, but does anything exist here like the AMPs in Manila where they have several women sitting behind a one way window and the client gets to gawk at them and choose his liking.  If you get a chance to travel to Manila, There is a MP called Flight 168, which goes first class all the way.
