I sometimes tour out there, but more importanly I go to there to go shopping at the outlet stores! They have 4 or 5 outlet store complexes and it's only a 45 mnute drive from the Philadelphia suburbs (where I often go for outcalls). If you can't find a companion when you're out there, at least you can do some killer shopping and save a lot of money for next time.
try posting on Philadelphia board- also, a couple of the providers post that they visit there- also, you might want to take a trip into Philadephia or King of Prussia which isn't that far as you will get many more to choose from
