What I like about the Idea is that I'll be checked in with another male. So, if any men visit me it'll be considered YOUR friend.   So generous of you to consider this type of arrangement.  
Just make sure whoever you make arrangements with you can trust their judgement in screening so your belongings are safe, Preferes longer engagements to minimize foot traffic.
