delisted or banned? What offense must a provider commit to be banned?

Banned - Fraud.  Self reviews under a different ID. Reviews by posted by her pimp,manager, agency, lover, husband, etc.  The link below is a good example.

Deisted - She requests to have her profile removed.  Retired.  Life issues.

Request delisting, don't pay attention to the posting rules repeatedly; be a flamer; be someone that "Outs Others";  post links to other reviewing sites; just generally be a jerk. That will do it (there are more but that is enough for now.)
